We use third-party providers to connect to your bank; which means we only rely on the information they are able to give us at any given time. These bank providers give us different sets of information regarding your account so although we may at times have your balance updated, it doesn't automatically mean we have all the details regarding your most recent transactions.
The app needs this information to keep your account updated. If your transactions have already posted and you need to withdraw or purchase immediately, we can attempt to speed up this process manually by sending us the information. Otherwise, if you don't need to spend right away you can just wait until the app updates your account automatically.
