This is how you can cancel your subscription -

  1. Please login to the app via your registered phone, email or bank.

  2. Goto Home and click on your picture

  3. Goto settings -> subscription

  4. Cancel the subscription

If you have an unpaid balance, it will be withdrawn from your account in full and your subscription will be canceled.

Note - If line funds are en-route to your account, you can not cancel the subscription. You have to wait for the funds to be deposited in the account and then cancel it.
