Line understands that financial hardships are difficult. During these uncertain times, we want to help and support you to overcome these issues. You can request a late fee waiver, here's how -

  1. Login to the line app and go to homepage

  2. Click on View Details on the Line Card, which'll take you to my line screen

  3. Click on View Payment schedule

  4. Tap on waive under any late fee that is being levied

  5. Fill in the reason - why do you want a waiver?
