As part of the registration process, you've to link your debit card issued by the bank for the bank account that you have linked with us via plaid (where you receive your income and pay most of your bills from).
Eg 1 - If you linked a Chase bank account ending with account number 7838 and linked a pre-paid VISA card not issued to the chase bank account ending in 7838, your verification will fail and you will not be able to proceed.
Eg 2 - If you linked a Chase bank account ending with account number 7838 and linked the debit card issued to the Chase bank account ending with account number 7838 by Chase bank and this card is about to expire or has expired, then your verification will fail and you will not be able to proceed.
Eg 3 - If you linked a Wilmington Credit Union bank account ending with account number 6839 and linked a card issued by the Wilmington credit union for this account but Wilmington credit union doesn't support plaid fully, then your debit card verification might take upto 7 business days. In this scenario, you should download the bank statement from your Wilmington Credit Union bank website and email it to [email protected].

How does card verification process work ?
After you get qualified and add your debit card to subscribe for line, your card will be charged for the subscription depending upon the plan that you've chosen.
Once the subscription payment is done, it will be reflected in your primary bank account statement and we'll be able to verify that. Depending on your bank it might take anywhere between 5 mins to 7 business days.
If you add the additional cards from settings, your account will see debits of $0.55 and $0.65 respectively. We will look for these debits in your linked bank account and then we will credit your account again.
Till your card is not verified, you will only be able to withdraw 50% of your unlocked amount. Once the verification is complete, the full unlocked amount will be available for you.
What happens if the card verification fails?
We will wait for 7 business days for your bank to update the statement so we can verify your card. If it's not updated within 7 business days, then your card verification will fail and you will receive a push notification with next steps. You will have to link a card that is issued to your respective bank account and we will verify it again.
