Late fee waiver

Line understands that financial hardships are difficult. During these uncertain times, we want to help and support you to overcome these issues. You can request a late fee waiver, here's how:


  1. Login to the line app and go to the 'Homepage'.

  2. Click on 'View Details' on the 'Line Card', which will take you to 'My Line' screen

  3. Click on the 'View Payment' schedule.

  4. Tap on 'Waive' under any late fee that is being levied.

  5. Fill in why you need a waiver.
