The U.S. Social Security Administration has until January 31st to mail out your SSA-1099. You may also be able to download your SSA-1099 via your online Social Security account.
If by mid to late February you have not yet received your SSA-1099, we recommend you check with the Social Security Administration. There are options to log in online to get a replacement SSA-1099, by calling them at 1-800-772-1213, or contacting a local Social Security office.
The IRS also has an option to get a transcript of this documentation, but it may not be available during the standard filing period. More information can be found here.
