Debit Card Verification Process

Before you begin, ensure you have:

1. A bank account already linked to your Beem app
2. A debit card that belongs to this linked bank account

Follow these simple steps to link your debit card:

1. Open the Beem app
2. Scroll down and tap "Bank accounts & cards"
3. Find your linked bank account and select "Link card" or "Replace"
4. When prompted, allow Beem camera access to photograph your card
5. Scan both sides of your debit card, ensuring your name, card number, and expiry date are clearly visible

Important Notes:

• A $0.57 verification charge will be applied to your account. Ensure you have sufficient funds available. This amount will be refunded once the card verification process is completed.
• Verification typically takes 5 minutes to 2 business days.
• To expedite the process, share your latest bank statement showing the $0.57 debit after you follow the card linking process to "verify@trybeem.com". We'll initiate manual verification to expedite the card verification process.

Remember:

• The card must belong to your linked bank account
• Use only valid, non-expired debit cards
• Avoid repeated linking attempts, as this may delay verification
