Failed instant transfers to debit card

We support instant cash transfers to your debit card. The debit card has to be issued for the linked bank account. 

If you add a pre-paid card, a credit card, or a card issued but not linked to your bank account, the instant transfers will fail. You will receive an email and a push notification to try again. This time you can try other methods like direct transfer to the bank account or using funds as gift cards. If your instant transfer failed, don't worry you will not be charged a transfer fee.
