Login to the line app and go to the 'Homepage'.
Click on 'View Details' on the 'Line Card', which will take you to 'My Line' screen
Click on the 'View Payment' schedule.
Tap on 'Waive' under any late fee that is being levied.
Fill in why you need a waiver.
Our team will review the request received and we will revert soon with a response.
